Job Description

About the Job:

We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to help ensure a smooth and efficient operation for our Director's daily activities. You will be responsible for managing schedules, organising meetings, handling confidential information, as well as providing administrative support to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage Directors calender, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings with clients and partners.
  • Draft and proofread emails, documents, and presentations.
  • Assist with managing client accounts and communicating with key customers and partners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the Director.

Personal Assistant requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the Director
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Shift Patterns and Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Potential for overtime work on evenings/ weekends during busy periods
  • 45 minute break

Work Remotely

  • Yes, hybrid role - two days in the office (Central London), three days working from home

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Hiring Process
